We offer two versions of player -- Flash version and Windows Media version.
Both version are streamed. You need Windows Media Play 8.0+ and Flash Player 8.0+.
You must also make sure that you have the correct flash player for your browser (IE, FF etc).
If you have installed old Flash Play, please make sure to uninstall it and install new version.
Make sure you UNINSTALL your current flash player first because the latest Flash 8 player cannot overwrite the old version.
To uninstall your flash player, click start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Macromedia Flash -> Remove
